This message indicates that the SDSUSER (the SDAEMON that holds file enqueues and loads the in-core/in-CCATEMP SDS tables) could not compile the User Language procedure used to load its in-core/in-CCATEMP tables. This is most likely preceded by a multiple "NO SUCH FIELDNAME" messages that indicate that the JANCAT file has not been properly configured or that the incorrect file was specified as the JANCAT file in the JANUS DEFINE command for the port.
Either correct the JANUS DEFINE command or go through the ULSPF installation process to correctly configure the JANCAT file.
