This message indicates that an error occurred while parsing an XML document. The text of the message ('XML document fragment') contains the entire XML document, or a portion of it near the point at which an error was discovered. The reason for the error is explained in message MSIR.0710, which is issued prior to message MSIR.0711; also, message MSIR.0709 will follow message MSIR.0711, and will consist of a vertical bar (|) underneath the character displayed in MSIR.0711 which is at or near the error.
