The reason for the error is explained in message MSIR.0710, which is issued prior to message MSIR.0711. Also, message MSIR.0709 will follow message MSIR.0711, and it will consist of a vertical bar (|) underneath the character displayed in MSIR.0711 that is at or near the error.
