Deep copy this RandomNumberGenerator (RandomNumberGenerator class)
This method returns a RandomNumberGenerator object that is a deep copy
of the method object.

Usage notes
- The method object (randomNumberGenerator) may be null. The output of a copy of a null object is a null object.
