Current time as a string (System class)

[Introduced in Sirius Mods 7.8]

%string = %(System):CurrentTimeString[( [format])] Throws InvalidDateString

%string	The returned value is the current time; it is a string in the format specified by the `format` argument.
`%(System)`	The class name in parentheses denotes a shared method. `CurrentTimeString` can also be invoked via a `System` object variable, which may be null.
format	A datetime format string. This argument is optional; the default is `YY-MM-DD`.
