FindLE is a member of the Ldap class.

This callable function retrieves all records (entries) from the LDAP directory for which the attribute type you specify has a value that matches equally or falls alphabetically before the search string you specify.

FindLE with a search string of C for the attribute type sn, for example, would find every entry keyed with an “sn” value that begins with an “A” or “B”.

Syntax

[%st =] %ld:FindLE( attrib, searchString, %doc, - [, AttributesOnly=bool] - [, ReturnAttributes=%sl] - [, BaseObject=string] )

The syntax terms and most of the usage notes for this function are the same as those for FindEQ.

For additional information, see "Using the Find methods".
