All Rocket Model 204 customers with active maintenance contracts are entitled to 24-by-7 support services via the Rocket Customer Portal, e-mail, or telephone. The two most recent Model 204 generally available versions are fully supported. In addition, the released version that precedes those two is fully supported for a period of six months from the date of the most recent release.
For those customers who run versions of Model 204 older than described above, and who have active maintenance contracts: Rocket Model 204 Support will accept emails, telephone calls, and incident reports from such older releases, but Support does not promise in all cases to correct defects that may be encountered. The solution may instead be an upgrade to a fully supported version of Model 204. The Model 204 professional services group can provide quotes for assistance with upgrades.
