An attempt to open a temporary or permanent group failed because no group definition exists for the group. Groups are defined via the CREATE GROUP command.
Response: Verify the spelling of the group name. If the name is spelled correctly, the group does not exist. Create the group if it is to be a temporary group (that is, one that exists for your terminal session), or ask the system manager to create the group if it is to be a permanent group.
