Either a SOUL Modify or Tag statement mentions token in place of a screen or menu item name or a Clear Tag statement mentions a variable rather than a screen name. However, the variable is not a screen item. In these statements, the item name can be specified directly or in the form of a variable-name variable (:%variable).
