Model 204 is being run on a CPU for which it is not correctly authorized. Usually this occurs because the authorization zap has not been applied.
Or, if the CPU ID is zero, this message can indicate that Model 204 was run without APF authorization and the XMEMSVC X'04' option was not set. Model 204 must be run with APF authorization, with XMEMSVC X'04' on, or both.
System manager response: Contact your relationship manager to get the correct authorization.
To run with APF authorization, all the data sets in your //JOBLIB or //STEPLIB concatenation must be APF-authorized.
To run with the XMEMSVC X'04' option, in CCAIN set the XMEMSVC parameter to the correct value for your site, and turn on the XMEMOPT X'04' option.
