Model 204 is opening a file that was recently recovered using Media Recovery (REGENERATE). The REGENERATE processing did not perform a restore, because the REGENERATE command did not contain a FROM clause for this file.
The message is generated only if the FISTAT parameter indicates that the file has been recovered (X'10').
