M204.1908 PROCFILE may not be remote
On CREATE or OPEN GROUP, PROCFILE cannot refer to a remote file. This is detected at OPEN if a synonym resolves to a remote file, or at CREATE GROUP if a location name is specified for a file. This is only for PQO.
Response: Do not specify a remote file for PROCFILE.
