M204.2113 Files cannot be reset to 1NF FILEMODL
An attempt was made to RESET the FILEMODL parameter to impose First Normal Form (1NF) File Model restrictions on an existing file. The FILEMODL parameter may be set to 1NF (X'02') only during file creation.
File manager response: Existing files must be re-created and re-loaded to make use of the 1NF FILEMODL parameter setting.
