M204.2390 Sorted files may not specify a non-US LANGFILE
A CREATE FILE command specified the FILEORG X'01' bit, and it also specified a value other than US for the LANGFILE parameter. These features are mutually exclusive.
File manager response: The CREATE command should be modified to select only one of these features.
