M204.0539 Can't edit into procedure
You do not have update or create privileges for the procedure to be used as output for your Line Editor session.
Response: Use the procedure name or previous request option of the END or GO command to specify a procedure for which you have update privileges. If you cannot update any procedures and do not want to save your work in a previous request, use the QUIT command to exit from the editing session without saving anything.
