- The system is in an extended quiesce, CPQZSECS seconds have expired, and
CPQZACTN=X'80'. - The system is in an extended quiesce,
CPQZSECS > 0, and aSWITCH STREAM CCAJRNLwas issued.
In either case, the extended quiesce timer will be refreshed to expire in CPQZSECS seconds.
