Action:

Displays in a separate, external window the current contents of the Client Web Buffer tab. Or, it brings to the top of your current stack of open windows the external Web Buffer window.

Syntax:

openExternalWebBufferWindow 

Client menu: Window > Open External Web Buffer Window
