This informational message indicates that a JANUS START command failed, or that some other JANUS command failed because the port named 'port' has not been started. If the error is due to a failing JANUS START command, there will be an error preceding this one indicating the cause of the failure. Otherwise, start the Janus port before issuing any other commands.
