M204.0398 Fatal I/O error on CCARF in pass 2 of roll forward
The second pass of roll forward detected an end of file condition at a different place in the CCARF input stream than was detected in the first pass. This indicates a problem with the media used for the CCARF input stream.
System manager response: The most likely cause of the problem, is a hardware error. Try copying the journal to another data set, or mounting it on another device, and re-submit the recovery job.
