M204.0417 Cannot delete sort/hash key field
In a sorted file or hash key file, the DELETE FIELD command cannot be used to delete the sort or hash key field on which the file structure is based.
Response: If it is necessary to delete this field, ask your file manager to reorganize the file.
File manager response: If appropriate, reorganize the file as non-sorted or non-hashed, or pick a different sort or hash key and then reorganize the file.
