M204.0498 Transaction backout files must be updated without accessing non-TBO files
All files which could be used in the request must be transaction backout files.
Response: Change the request to only use transaction backout files, or contact the file manager to change the non-transaction backout file(s) to be transaction backout files.
File manager response: Alter the file options to include transaction backout if appropriate.
