You have issued a DELETE GROUP or CREATE GROUP command, but access to the definitions of permanent groups is not possible. To enable these commands, the SYSOPT X'02' bit must be set in the EXEC statement parameters or set dynamically, and the CCAGRP file must be included in the JCL.
Response: Contact your system manager.
System manager response: Make the necessary changes to the JCL and to the SYSOPT parameter. Rerun Model 204. Refer to Creating the CCAGRP data set for further information.
