An IUCV message for CMS SNA Communications Server (also known as VTAM) or for TCP/IP failed for the reason described by the value of IPAUDIT.
System manager response: Check the z/VM System Facilities for Programming manual (z/VM System Programmer's Guide in z/VM Release 4) for the meaning of the IPAUDIT code and possible causes.
Operator response: Contact your system manager.
