A START QUEUEMANAGER or BUMP QUEUEMANAGER command has been issued, but the MQINTASK parameter is currently set to 0, thus disabling MQ/204.
System manager response: Review your system's MQ/204 subtask requirements and set MQINTASK accordingly.
