M204.2696 Attempt to access data past buffer end
A CHANGE statement attempted to copy data from past the end of the BUFFER into a Large Object. If this error is detected at evaluation time, the request is canceled.
Response: Correct the length or offset of BUFFER reference to remain within the bounds of the BUFFER.
