The Open or OpenC SOUL statement was issued from a request to reopen a file with read-only privileges. However, that request had already been compiled with update statements against the file.
Response: In a SOUL request, you cannot use the SOUL Open or OpenC statement to reopen a file with read-only privileges, if that request contains update statements against the same file.
