M204.2912 IEANTCR return code token - name/token not created
(z/OS only) When Model 204 starts, it tries to create a NAME/TOKEN pair at system level, using the IBM-supplied services program IEANTCR. This message shows that the invocation of IEANTCR has failed with the code given.
