While processing an ENQCTL command issued at the operator's command console, file token was determined to be created by a later release of Model 204 than the release currently running.
System manager response: Since the file involved is not accessible by the current release being run, the file must be recreated under the current release, or the accessing release must be upgraded to the release of the file.
