This message appears once for each file that violates the transaction back out rules for TBO and NON-TBO files. This message precedes either the M204.1244 or M204.2771 message.
Response: Ask your file manager to change the non-transaction back out files to transaction back out files, or do not reference the non-transaction back out files if the request contains a Backout statement.
File manager response: Alter the file options to include transaction back out, if appropriate.
