M204.2891 Link linkName subtask waiting on ECB hexValue RPL hexValue2
This informational message might be output when Horizon is trying to close a link and using the ABANDON option, or when Horizon runs out of work areas queueing work onto the ACB services psuedo subtask (PST). It attempts to clear the backlog of work.
The message shows the address of the ECB that the ACB services PST is waiting on, as well as the beginning of the ACB services PST's VTAM RPL, in hexadecimal.
