UntranslatableHexValue is a member of the AddToRecordError class.

Syntax

%str	A string to receive the hexadecimal value of the bytes that caused the exception to be thrown, if the `Reason` property indicates the exception was due to an untranslatable Unicode character.
%a2RecErr	An `AddToRecordError` object.
