BitShiftLeftInteger (Float function)

Do left shift of bits in an integer (Float class)

The BitShiftLeftInteger intrinsic function performs a left shift on the bits of an integer.

Syntax

%result = float:BitShiftLeftInteger( shift)

Syntax terms

%result	A numeric variable to receive the result of shifting the bits of float.
float	The integer to be shifted.
shift	The shift length.

Usage notes

• The BitShiftLeftInteger function is available as of Sirius Mods Version 7.9.

Examples

The following statement sets %y to 4 times %x:

%y = %x:bitShiftLeftInteger(2)
