Create a new email object (Email class)

Syntax

%email = [%(Email):]New

Syntax terms

email	A declared Email object to contain the new Email object instance.
%(Email)	The class name in parentheses denotes a shared method. New can also be invoked via an Email object variable, which may be Null.
