This message indicates that the SDSUSER (the SDAEMON that holds file enqueues and loads the in-core/in-CCATEMP SDS tables) could not build the User Language procedure used to load its in-core/in-CCATEMP tables. If preceded by a "CCATEMP FULL" message, increase the amount of CCATEMP available to the Online or reduce the CCATEMP utilization in the Online. If not preceded by a "CCATEMP FULL" message contact Sirius Software technical support.
