A SIRAPSY command was issued but the system RESLTHR parameter is set to 0. If the SIRAPSY command is deemed useful but the functionality of the RESLTHR parameter is not, RESLTHR can be set to -1, to effectively disable RESLTHR while still allowing the SIRAPSY command. The RESLTHR parameter and SIRAPSY command are documented in the Sirius Mods Installation Guide and are only available to Performance Enhancements V2 customers.
