This is an informational message issued when test mode is set (AUTHCTL TEST ON) for SirSafe. It indicates the type of access being requested from the external authorizer (Top Secret, ACF2, or RACF). Extuser can be different from the current userid if the current user was logged in via CCASTAT or the job is not APF authorized, in either case the external authorizer validation will run under the job's profile.
