This is an informational message issued when test mode is set (AUTHCTL TEST ON) for SirSafe. It indicates that SirSafe is checking whether the job is allowed to open the indicated file in read/write mode. This check is only done if AUTHCTL ... MVSRO is set. The user and group indicated in this message are the user and group under which the Online region is running since this is the user whose privileges determine whether or not the file can be opened for update.
