This indicates that there is not enough storage in the named region or address space to satisfy a free storage request. This could be caused by running in too small a region or address space, or requesting too many buffers. Either increase the amount of virtual storage available to Fast/Unload, or decrease the number of required buffers.

Parameters that significantly affect the amount of virtual storage required are NOBUFF, NEBUFF, and NBBUFF.
