M204.2539  Command invalid when MQINTASK is 0

A START QUEUEMANAGER or BUMP QUEUEMANAGER command has been issued, but the MQINTASK parameter is currently set to 0, thus disabling MQ/204.

System manager response: Review your system's MQ/204 subtask requirements, and set MQINTASK accordingly.

RETCODEB=4	Sets batch (single user) return code
CLASS=E	Error class; the message can be suppressed with the X'04' bit setting of the MSGCTL parameter
AUDITER	Writes the message with line type ER to the audit trail
COUNT	Increments the error count (ERCNT) parameter
