The Rocket Customer Portal is the primary method of obtaining support. If you have current support and maintenance agreements with Rocket Software and CCA, contact Rocket Software Technical Support in one of the following ways:

Access the portal to report a problem, download an update, or read answers to FAQs. You will be prompted to log in with the credentials supplied as part of your product maintenance agreement.
