M204.0498  Transaction backout files must be updated without accessing non-TBO files

All files that could be used in the request must be transaction backout (TBO) files.

Response: Change the request to use only transaction backout files, or contact the file manager to change the non-transaction backout file(s) to be transaction backout files.

File manager response: Alter the file options to include transaction backout, if appropriate.
