M204.0791 An even length is required for pure DBCS
The declaration of a DBCS %variable, screen item, or image item specified an odd number of bytes. DBCS items (except in Hitachi environments) must be declared to have an even number of bytes.
Response: Correct the item declaration, and retry the request.
