You issued a DECREASE TABLEx n command, but the table specified (x) does not contain a block of unused pages at the end of the table large enough to satisfy the specified decrement (n).

File manager response: Retry the command specifying a smaller decrement.

CLASS=E	Error class; the message can be suppressed with the X'04' bit setting of the MSGCTL parameter
AUDITER	Writes the message with line type ER to the audit trail
