This informational message might be output when Horizon is trying to close a link with the ABANDON option, or when it runs out of work areas queueing work onto the ACB services PST. It attempts to clear the backlog of work.

The message shows the number of elements in the work queue, and the element, in hexadecimal, at the top of the queue.
