This message indicates that both the INONLY and OUTONLY parameters were specified in a JANUS DEFINE command for a [http://m204wiki.rocketsoftware.com/images/1/17/JosrvrNew.pdf Janus Open Server] port (type OPENSERV). Since, INONLY indicates that the port can only be used for Open Server applications and OUTONLY indicates that the port can only be used for Open Client applications, specifying both parameters is contradictory and hence invalid.
