This indicates a syntax error on an APPDATE command. The string that you entered is shown in the field 'text'. The field 'item' indicates the expected argument, which will be set to one of the following two choices:

REFERENCE DATE
indicates that nothing was specified after the AT keyword.
'DATE_ERR' OR DATE
indicates that you should specify either the keyword DATE_ERR, to set default datetime argument error handling, or a valid date to be set into an APPDATE clock.
