This message indicates that a JANUS rule command was issued without the keyword for the rule type. 'Subcmd' indicates the JANUS rule command issued: WEB, CLSOCK, or SRVSOCK. 

Valid rule types are ALLOW and DISALLOW, and, for JANUS WEB, ON, REDIRECT, NOREDIRECT, SCREEN and TYPE.
