This message indicates that a JANUS rule command was issued and a parameter that requires a value was not followed by that value. 'Subcmd' indicates the JANUS rule command issued: WEB, CLSOCK, or SRVSOCK. 'Rule_type' indicates the type of rule being established, for example, ALLOW or ON.
Re-issue the command specifying the value for the indicated parameter.
