This message indicates that two mutually contradictory parameters were specified in a JANUS rule command. 'Subcmd' indicates the JANUS rule command issued: WEB, CLSOCK, or SRVSOCK. 'Rule_type' indicates the type of rule being established, for example, ALLOW or ON.
