MSIR.0375 SSL procedure (procname) not found

This message indicates that Janus was unable to locate the procedure specified after the SSL parameter in the JANUS DEFINE for a port because the procedure was being updated by another user. This procedure is opened when a JANUS START is issued for a port. Correct the name of the file or procedure on the JANUS DEFINE command.
